• Telephone Support contracts
Most problems are fixable without a visit and just require you to have some guidance in order to quickly and effectively remedy the problem. With our Telephone and Email support contracts, we are only ever a phone call away. No hard to understand or complicated to reach call centres, just a friendly expert at the end of a direct dialed call. You will invariably talk to the same person on each occasion you ring or will be directed back to that person should you so wish. This service is available for £100* per year for 1 PC and only an additional £50* for each additional PC.

• Maintenance Support contracts**
Many problems need never occur, with simple and effective preventative IT maintenance. If your company is to small to warrant an IT Department then we have the solution – a Maintenance Support Contract. An IT technician will visit you on a regular basis to check your computers, networks, software and any other hardware. This service starts at £300* per year for 4 visits throughout the year to 1 PC. Each additional PC (for 4 annual visits) would cost an additional £150* per year. The frequency of the visits can be increased or decreased depending on your needs, the price would then be determined by your requirements. The Maintenance Support Contracts automatically include the telephone and email support contracts at no extra charge. You will also benefit from 10% reductions on any hardware you purchase from Hand in Hand Solutions and 10% of any call out charges, should you ever require an unscheduled visit. You will nearly always deal with the same technician, therefore ensuring that they become very familiar with your IT system and your needs.

• Upgrades**
Where appropriate we will upgrade your computers to improve their capabilities, however we will examine what is best for you before undertaking this. Upgrades can include processors, hard drives, RAM or any other integral part of your system or computer peripheries.

• Repairs**
Our technicians are available for call out to review and where possible repair your computer, network, software including O/S problems or computer peripherals.

• Networks**
We will investigate what type of network is best for you and advise accordingly. We can then install the network for you, whether it be a wired network a wireless network, a peer to peer network system or via a dedicated server. Let us work with you to determine the best computer network for you and we will then quote you according to those needs.

• System Recovery**
Should the worst happen and your computer system crashes, one of our dedicated technicians will appraise the situation and firstly ensure that efforts are made to recover the contents of your hard drive. We will then assess what can be done to best recover your system or if it is not cost effective recommend the best replacement computer to suit your needs.

• Remote Backup
In a time when businesses are becoming more and more reliant on the information stored within their computers can you afford not to have your work backed up properly and securely. For most businesses the amount of information that needs to be backed up to ensure the continued smooth running of the business is actually quite small in terms of computer space. It is also important that back ups are kept away from your place of work in a secure environment. We are able to offer the following scale of annual charges for our secure remote backup service:

There is also a one off set up payment of £50* to purchase/install the necessary software on your PC / Server.

• Troubleshooting
Whatever problems you might be having with your computer, printer, network, scanner, internet connection, software, emails or any other IT or internet related issue then give us a call for friendly local advise, talking to the same people, who have expert knowledge of the needs of a small business and your local area. They will advise as to your best course of action to resolve your issue.
